Lead Estate Steward & Co-Founder

Houston is the Lead Estate Steward and co-founder of Estate Steward Co. For the past eight years he has worked in recruiting, operations, and relationship-driven roles, helping military and private organizations find, vet, and lead high-caliber people. Before that, he served as a police officer focused on community relations and keeping neighborhoods safe.

That combination of law enforcement and operational recruiting means Houston is unusually good at reading people, protecting what matters, and quietly coordinating complex situations without drama. At Estate Steward Co., he leads in-person estate walkthroughs, owner and family relationships, and partnerships with agents, wealth managers, builders, and vendors.

Houston's mandate is simple: understand exactly what "nothing can go wrong here" means for each estate, then build a stewardship plan that honors that standard every single visit.

Michael Rhoden

Operations & Stewardship Systems · Co-Founder

Rhoden is the co-founder of Estate Steward Co. and leads Operations & Stewardship Systems. Over his career he has driven more than $2.1M in documented efficiency gains and eliminated over 10,000 hours of admin work across a statewide organization by redesigning processes, implementing automation, and removing hidden friction.

With a background in military intelligence, recruiting and retention operations, and leadership, Rhoden has spent 15+ years in systems-focused roles, sitting at the intersection of people, process, and technology.

At Estate Steward Co., Rhoden designs the checklists, visit protocols, documentation standards, and client portal experience that turn "estate stewardship" from a vague promise into a predictable system. He owns routing, scheduling, and vendor coordination so that every commitment made on your estate is backed by a disciplined process in the background.
